Payment and Shipment

The following terms & conditions apply unless otherwise agreed in individual cases

Shipping terms

Delivery of used goods takes place worldwide.

Delivery costs

Deliveries within Germany:

Spareparts:

The forwarding expenses are depending on the mode of shipment and are calculated on the basis of a flat rate freight charge plus a flat rate packaging charge.

Flat rate shipment charge for the available mode of shipments:
– GLS Germany Shop: 11,30€
– Night Star Express Shop: 38,08€

The Flat rate packaging charge is 4,95€ per order.

The forwarding expenses and the packaging expenses are reported as a total amount based on freight and packaging.

Note about mode of shipments:
“GLS Deutschland Shop” is the normal shipment, “GLS Cash Service Shop” stands for cash on delivery and “Night Star Express Shop” is overnight courier / express delivery

Pls. note:
overnight courier / express delivery shall be submitted by 2:00 pm latest. Otherwise there can be no guarantee to deliver in time.

Bulky goods will be delivered by forwarding agents.
The forwarding expenses for shipments via forwarding agents depends on efforts, weight and packaging and can first be determined after delivery allocation by our dispatch department.

Machines:

Depending on distance we offer fixed freight rates. Pls. ask us about more details in advance.

Export deliveries:

The freight costs for export shipments depends on the effort of our workers, the weight of the goods and the packing material, and can therefore first be calculated after shipping preparation. Pls. ask us about more details in advance.

The forwarding expenses for spare part deliveries to France depending on the mode of shipment and are calculated on the basis of a flat rate freight charge plus a flat rate packaging charge.

Flat rate shipment charge for the available mode of shipments:
– GLS France Shop: 44,50€

The Flat rate packaging charge is 4,95€ per order.

Pls. note:
Express deliveries shall be submitted by 2:00 pm lates else we cannot guarantee that the goods will be sent at the same day!

Terms of payment

For deliveries within Germany, we offer the following payment options:

Prepayment by bank transfer
Payment via SEPA base debit note
Payment via SEPA corporate debit note
Payment via Credit card
Payment by Invoice (only upon agreement)

For export deliveries, we offer the following payment options:

Prepayment by bank transfer
Payment via SEPA base debit note
Payment via SEPA corporate debit note
Payment via Credit card
Payment by Invoice (only upon agreement)

More details about payment

In individual cases we reserve the right to deliver only against payment by bank transfer

The billing amount shall be immediately payable and due for payment within 14 days after receipt of the invoice

If payment is to be made via an SEPA base debit note or an SEPA corporate debit note, you authorise us to collect the billing amount from the specified account by issuing a corresponding SEPA mandate.

In case the goods are delivered to a location in Germany, the debit note is collected within a period of 8-10 days after the conclusion of the contract. In case of foreign shipments, it is collected within a period of 8-30 days after the conclusion of the contract.

You will receive a pre-notification latest 5 days before the due date. You are obligated to ensure that the account in question possesses sufficient covering funds on the due date.
