Super facelift for more efficiency and reliability

With a comprehensive facelift, the manufacturer of lawn care machines Wiedenmann is taking its SUPER series to a new level.

The aim was to significantly increase the reliability of the all-rounder for mowing, scarifying and sweeping and to enable users to work even more efficiently.

A central component of the facelift is the revision of the electromagnetic remote control for the hydraulic functions. This innovation ensures greater reliability and reduces potential malfunctions during operation. As a result, users can rely on even more precise and smooth operation.

Additional monitoring of the container trap has been introduced especially for the SUPER 600 to prevent malfunctions. This update increases operational safety and protects the machine from unnecessary downtime, which ensures smooth operation, especially during major maintenance work.

Another major innovation is the integration of modern sensor technology that works on the principle of a light barrier. This system provides the user with real-time information on machine function and indicates when around 80 per cent of the container is full. The so-called full detector not only improves the efficiency of the work process, but also helps to ensure that the machines can be optimally utilised.

Retrofit option for existing machines

Owners of the existing SUPER 500 and SUPER 600 models also benefit from the innovations: The new level indicator with integrated monitoring of the machine function is also available as a retrofit option. Wiedenmann thus ensures that existing machines can be upgraded with the latest technology and adapted to current requirements.

Wiedenmann’s ‘super machines’ are among the most versatile maintenance machines available for natural turf. With functions such as flail mowing, scarifying and grass and leaf collection, they can be used intensively and therefore profitably from spring to autumn. Thanks to its robust construction, a working width of 160 cm and large hopper volumes of up to 4.5 m³, the series is one of the manufacturer’s most successful offerings. The standard electromagnetic remote control of the hydraulics, with which tipping heights of up to 210 cm are possible, makes operation considerably easier.
