Adjustable combined rake blade with spring flaps for professional users.

VARIO FLEX 3370 is characterized by its sturdy construction and maintenance points at the highly-stressed connecting parts. It demonstrates its excellent functionality especially under difficult and tight operating conditions, such as pavements and parking lots. The blade`s specially curved shape allows for near-edge cleaning. 6 spring flaps ensure a safe and smooth operation. The blade includes fold-out side wings and is, therefore, suitable both for snow clearing on pavements and for efficient snow removal in open spaces. Operation and control by means of a control panel in the driver`s cab . The side wings can be be folded separately ( in and out).

The folding mechanism

The folding mechanism makes it possible to use the rake blade in confined areas with obstacles as well as for efficient snow removal in open spaces. Bumpy roads are compensated by the pendulous suspension. Adjustable compression springs allow VARIO FLEX to return to its basic position after each pendulum swing.

Hydraulic cylinder

Snow can be swept away easily to the left or to the right by inclining the rake blade to 30°. Even an arrowhead or V-position can be quickly adjusted by means of the 2 standard hydraulic cylinders. In arrowhead-position the pressure lasts on the adjustable limiters and not on the hydraulic cylinders.
